Top10CHB rate and compare companies and offer the users 2 ways of contacting the companies

a. the users fill out their information on our website and that information is forwarded to the specific company the user chose

b. In some cases, based on the user’s description of their specific case, we might forward the user’s information to a different company. Our website displays the Top 10 companies in the industry, but we work with more than 10 companies and might decide to forward the information to a more relevant company. (This is mostly relevant for non-English speakers, whos’ cases we might forward to specific companies that work in their geographies)

c. the users are redirected to the company’s website, and leave their information directly with the company (or contact the company via chat or phone)

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Indemnity

Arbitration

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any Dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such Dispute must be resolved solely by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the Israel Arbitration Association, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Miscellaneous

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Top10CHB as a result of these Terms or use of the Services.

Top10CHB performance of the obligations described herein is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms is in derogation of Top10CHB right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Services or information provided to or gathered by Top10CHB with respect to such use.

These Terms are non-transferable, and you may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without the express written consent of Top10CHB.

You hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the State of Israel and agree that its laws will be used to resolve all disputes arising from or concerning these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Site shall be governed by the laws of the Israel and European Union, including federal copyright and trademark laws, and the laws of the state of Israel applicable to contracts entered into and to be wholly performed therein without regard to conflict of laws or choice of law principles. By visiting and using the Site, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts presiding in the Israel and you agree to accept service of process by mail. Any action based on a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the federal or local courts presiding in Israel. Assignment

Fraud Protection. We may screen purchases or listings for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, we may reject the order or we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
